Signature Drink Tokens

Each Signature Drink Token set celebrates a classic cocktail or a modern invention by a Speakeasy League bartender. 

Discover your city's best, newest drinks at a Speakeasy Event. Show your support and demonstrate your good taste by buying a collectible drink token for your favorite, destined-to-be-a-classic cocktail.

Signature Drink Token Rules:

• Each Speakeasy League drink token set must have a unique recipe.

• Each bartender has only one signature drink and one corresponding token set (until sold out). 

• No bartender can claim a classic cocktail recipe as uniquely their signature drink (with the following exception:)

• Each city's chapter can approve its own version of a classic cocktail, but each city can have only one version. The city's league chapter can only award it to one competitor. No "Old Fashioned" drink token set will be minted, but an "Old fashioned x Austin" or "Old fashioned x San Francisco" can be minted. Exception: cocktails with city place names can only be minted by that city's chapter, e.g. "Manhattan" and "Brooklyn" can only be minted by the NYC chapter. No two cities can share the same recipe for the same classic cocktail. Each must be unique.

Signature Drinks are proposed and mixed by Speakeasy League members at Speakeasy Events. Speakeasy League members vote to approve signature drinks and drink token sets are minted at Speakeasy Events. Speakeasy League chapters may organize competitions for classic cocktails. Speakeasy League supporters have the first opportunity to taste and discover drinks and buy tokens.

Drink tokens are displayable on your Speakeasy League profile. They are collectible, tradable, and sellable.

Drink Tokens include:

• Drink image

• Recipe

• Bartender name & Bartender Card url address

• Each token may be digitally redeemed at Speakeasy Events for one serving of that drink.

Pricing and set:

• Drink Tokens are limited to 200 tokens per drink.

• Initial pricing is set at $100 each.

• The bartender receives half of each sale; half is reserved for drinks at Speakeasy Events.
